Once your jewellery has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking number so you can follow your piece's journey from our studio to your door.

Partial or Incorrect Items

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Every Pearlune order is carefully prepared by hand in our UK studio, but occasionally mistakes can happen.

If your order arrives missing an item or containing the wrong piece of jewellery, please take the following steps so we can resolve it for you immediately:

2. Include Your Details: Please provide your Order Number and clearly state which item is missing or incorrect.

3. Attach a Photo: If you received an incorrect item, please attach a quick photo of the piece and your packing slip. This helps us investigate what went wrong in the studio.

How we will fix it:

• For Incorrect Items: We will immediately email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label to send the wrong item back to us at no cost to you. Your correct piece will be dispatched as a priority.

• For Missing Items: We will verify our dispatch records and send your missing jewellery to you immediately via express delivery.

Please ensure that any incorrect items remain unworn and in their original Pearlune gift packaging so they can be safely returned to us.
