If your order arrives missing an item or containing the wrong piece of jewellery, please take the following steps so we can resolve it for you immediately:

Attach a Photo: If you received an incorrect item, please attach a quick photo of the piece and your packing slip. This helps us investigate what went wrong in the studio.
How we will fix it:
For Incorrect Items: We will immediately email you a prepaid Royal Mail return label to send the wrong item back to us at no cost to you. Your correct piece will be dispatched as a priority.
For Missing Items: We will verify our dispatch records and send your missing jewellery to you immediately via express delivery.
Please ensure that any incorrect items remain unworn and in their original Pearlune gift packaging so they can be safely returned to us.
